Church Council
In an effort to deal with some of the real issues at the church, we have developed a new approach for church council that is already getting results. We are using the hour meeting format to list current church concerns as a group, but then we divide the issues out according to 5 teams. Last Sunday, We were able to deal with 5 issues all at one time. Each team developed action plans. The team leader is responsible to hold the team accountable in accomplishing their tasks by the next meeting (or some specified time).
I am interested to see the progress of these teams.
