Delays
I am sitting at the Richmond VA airport after having found out that my flight will be delayed two hours. Fortunately, I was able to re-route to Cincinatti.
Delays can be discouraging. How do you handle life’s delay’s. For those wanting to have a baby, and yet experience many years of delays. A college graduate looking for a career job will many times experience delays.
When we realize that God has His hand on all events, it can drastically change our perspective on delays. Delays become providential.
What do you do during a delay?
First, you stop and accept it. This deflates anger and frustration. God must have a purpose.
Second, watch for the opportunities that may arise.
At this point, the only opportunity is to sit and write this silly blog. But, I am having fun.
I get to sit here next to my new friend from South Carolina that is leading the missions effort there in his association.
I get to rest a little bit after an intensive 3 day training conference.
