When we do a "job" no matter how small it may be, our name is signed to it...thus verifying who did the work. There are too many people that do the job just to get it finished (even when they are paid for their time). I believe we should do our best, doing whatever it is all the the glory to God! (re: Q#1) Doing the right thing is not always the popular thing...it is important to live your convictions, (re: Q#2) My goal is to seek God's Will and have the courage to carry it out.
